Frozen Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark

A freezer staple that turns yoghurt into a snap-and-share treat. Thick Greek yoghurt is spread on a tray, swirled with cold-crafted Nut Tribe and scattered with banana and crushed peanuts, then frozen until solid. Break it into shards for a cooling, high-protein snack that beats an ice cream every time, with no added sugar

Ingredients

  • 400 g plain Greek yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp Nut Tribe Creamy
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp crushed peanuts

Method

Step 01

Line a tray with baking paper and spread the yoghurt about 1 cm thick

Step 02

Warm the Nut Tribe Creamy slightly so it swirls, then ripple it through the yoghurt

Step 03

Scatter over banana and crushed peanuts

Step 04

Freeze for at least four hours, then break into pieces

Swirl Nut Tribe Chocolate for a fudgy bark, or Crunchy for extra texture

Chef's Tip

Slightly warm the peanut butter before swirling so it ribbons through the yoghurt rather than clumping

Storage

Store the broken pieces in a freezer bag or box for up to 1 month.
