Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

The everyday protein smoothie, done properly. Banana and milk blend with cold-crafted Nut Tribe Creamy and a scoop of whey into a thick, genuinely satisfying drink. It works as a fast breakfast or a post-gym refuel, and because the banana carries the sweetness, there is nothing added that does not belong.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Nut Tribe Creamy
  • 1 banana
  • 200 ml Milk of Choice
  • 1 scoop unflavoured or vanilla whey
  • Handful of ice

Method

Step 01

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Step 02

Blend on high until completely smooth and frothy

Step 03

Add a splash more milk to reach your preferred thickness

Step 04

Pour and drink straight away

Chef's Tip

Freeze the banana in advance for a thicker, milkshake-like texture without watering it down with extra ice.

Storage

Best enjoyed immediately after blending. If needed, refrigerate for a short period and shake before serving.
