  • 2 tbsp Nut Tribe Functional
  • 1 scoop whey isolate
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 250 ml milk of choice
  • Handful of ice

Method

Step 01

Add all ingredients to a blender

Step 02

Blend until thick and creamy

Step 03

Add a little milk if it is too thick to pour

Step 04

Drink within 30 minutes of finishing your session
