Peanut Butter Power Parfait

A breakfast built for texture in every spoonful. Thick Greek yoghurt is layered with banana, chia and toasted oats, with cold-crafted Nut Tribe Crunchy hidden between the layers rather than only on top. It looks like a cafe parfait, doubles as a high-protein snack, and comes together in the time it takes to find a glass.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Nut Tribe Crunchy
  • 200 g plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp toasted oats
  • Crushed peanuts, to finish

Method

Step 01

Spoon a third of the yoghurt into a glass

Step 02

Add a layer of Nut Tribe Crunchy, banana and toasted oats

Step 03

Repeat the layers, finishing with yoghurs.

Step 04

Top with chia, crushed peanuts and a final swirl of Nut Tribe Crunchy
