Signature Peanut Butter & Banana Overnight Oats

This is the jar that started it all. Rolled oats soak overnight in milk and cold-crafted Nut Tribe Creamy, while mashed banana provides all the sweetness naturally. By morning you have a thick, spoonable breakfast delivering slow-release energy and a serious hit of plant protein.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Nut Tribe Creamy
  • 50 g Rolled Oats
  • 200 ml Milk of Choice
  • 1/2 Ripe Banana, Mashed
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • Pinch of Ground Cinnamon

Method

Step 01

Add oats, milk, Nut Tribe Creamy, mashed banana, chia and cinnamon to a jar.

Step 02

Stir thoroughly until the peanut butter is fully dispersed and no dry oats remain.

Step 03

Seal and refrigerate overnight, or for at least six hours.

Step 04

In the morning, loosen with a splash of milk if needed and top with fresh banana slices.

Make It Your Way

Stir in Nut Tribe Chocolate for a cocoa finish, or Functional for a post-training breakfast.

Chef's Tip

Use a very ripe, speckled banana. The riper the fruit, the sweeter the jar becomes with zero added sugar.

Storage

Keeps covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. Make a batch of three jars on Sunday night.
