  • 3 tbsp Nut Tribe Functional
  • 10 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • Pinch of salt

Method

Step 01

Blitz the dates to a paste in a processor

Step 02

Add the Nut Tribe Functional, oats, pumpkin seeds and salt; pulse to a dough

Step 03

Roll into small, bite-sized balls

Step 04

Chill for 20 minutes and pack for the gym

Roll in crushed peanuts or cocoa for variety; keep them small for quick digestion
